Grace Martinez brings nearly two decades of government leadership experience and a lifelong passion for helping people to her real estate career. Before entering real estate, Grace served as an Assistant Supervisor at Health and Human Services for 18 years, working directly with families across food stamp, Medicaid, and welfare programs. That background shaped her into the ultimate problem solver and compassionate guide — qualities that now define her approach to real estate.
Fluent in both English and Spanish and licensed in Texas and New Mexico, Grace serves a wide range of clients across state lines with ease. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, investor, or ready to sell, she brings calm confidence, sharp negotiation skills, and a genuine heart for service to every transaction. Her clients consistently praise her ability to make the process smooth, transparent, and rewarding.
Though born in Birmingham, Alabama, Grace has called El Paso home nearly her entire life. She loves the tight-knit community and the backdrop of the beautiful Franklin Mountains. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending quality time with her son, traveling to destinations like Las Vegas and Mexico, and cheering on her favorite teams — Roll Tide, the Astros, and the Mavs. She's also a proud supporter of the Port Aransas 4th of July tradition with her family and previously served with the Executive Women’s Lions Club.
